No reading, no preparation. Just one thing to notice in the day before the session: the last time you felt genuinely energised, what were you actually doing? Bring that memory. Nothing else is required.

Ninety live minutes

Energy is not one thing. It is physical, mental, emotional, and relational. Each drains differently. Each is restored differently. We map yours honestly, build a vocabulary for naming what is draining and restoring you, and design one concrete shift for the week ahead.

Seven days of noticing

A daily prompt lands each morning in the WhatsApp group. Each evening, a follow-up question invites a short share. By the end of the week you will have a personal map of what restores you, and what doesn't, drawn from actual life, not theory.
