Most of what we call our values arrived before we were old enough to vote on them. This session is ninety minutes of slow, structured testing. We name the values, walk them through last week, and notice which ones still belong to us.
A short recorded note from Kenneth that lands in your inbox the day before. It tells you what to bring and how to arrive ready, including a single warm-up exercise that takes ten minutes.
We open with a short framing, then move into pairs and small groups. You'll surface five candidate values, audit them against last week's actual behaviour, and leave with two you want to test for a season.
You leave with one piece of homework: notice when each of the two values gets honoured, and when it gets bypassed. Bring the data back to the next session, or to your own coach.
Kenneth's coaching practice is values-led. He runs values audits with founders and senior operators across his 1:1 practice, and he's been doing this exercise inside his own life for the better part of a decade. His tell: he'll ask "is that yours, or is that something you inherited?" and wait.
